This information is being sought from the participants to provide them accommodations on First Come-First Serve basis at AAU guest houses (50 AC rooms for double accommodations), Hostels (50 rooms: only for students free of cost), and in premises of
Vadtaldham (150 AC room, double to triple accommodation, Rs 800/-per room per night) and to provide transport from airport/railway station to stay place and to venue besides making arrangements for trip to "Statue of Unity".
