Oral Paper presentation instructions

Audio Visual

• All PowerPoint presentations (With indication of Date and Session and authors name) should be submitted to the ISWS Conference Office (iswsjbp@gmail.com), immediately after your registration on 28th November 2024.
• All session rooms are equipped with a lectern, lectern microphone, data projector, screen and a laptop with PowerPoint software only.

Oral Presentations

• The Oral Paper presenting Scientists are requested to follow the time strictly and restrict their presentation to the time allotted for their presentation (Please refer to Technical Program).

Plenary lecture presentations : timing 40 minutes

Lead lecture presentation : timing 20 minutes

Invited oral lecture presentation : timing 12 minutes

Oral lecture presentation : timing 7 minutes

• It is recommended that for ease of viewing by delegates, Microsoft PowerPoint be utilised for all sessions. Please note that only one source of projection will be available.
